Just go to this site to create a new blog. There are easy to follow step by step instructions, and it's free.

1. Create a Google Account (your user name will be the e-mail address you entered and write down your password)
2. Create a title and website address (write down your web address and don't forget to add the ".blogspot.com)
3. Choose a template and you're done! You can now post or logoff
